What we collect

When you send an enquiry or book a demo we collect what you type in the form: your institution’s name, your name, and an email address or phone number. Our demo pages record anonymous usage events (pages viewed, demo launches) to understand what prospects find useful — via our own analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare your personalised demo, and improve the product. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. Demo content you publish inside a preview (e.g. a test notice) is session-only on your device.

Retention & your rights

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we’re in a sales conversation with you. Ask us at any time to see or delete what we hold about you — write to info@biztruss.com.
