Is this a one-time price or a subscription?
The software is one-time. Hosting (BizTruss Cloud) and the AMC are the only recurring parts, and Year 1 of managed hosting is included in the setup.
Can we host it on our own servers?
Yes — the Own & Host licence hands over the complete codebase to run on your own account. It's available exclusively with the Showcase website plan; Connect and Campus run on BizTruss Cloud so student data, portals and backups stay managed and secure.
What infrastructure is included with BizTruss Cloud?
Up to 500 MB of transactional data (students, attendance, fees, content) and up to 1 GB of file storage (documents, brochures, images) — optimised for typical small–mid sized institutes. Need more? Contact us for an infra upgrade quote.
What does “single-institution licence” mean?
Your site and codebase are yours — for your one institution. We never reuse your build for another institution.
Can our own office run it without a developer?
Yes. Publishing news, events, photos, programmes and fees is drag-and-drop. No IT team needed.
What’s the difference between Cloud and Cloud + Care?
Cloud is managed hosting (we deploy, host, secure). Cloud + Care adds an AMC: ongoing content updates, tweaks, patches and a support SLA.
